The grapes are picked by hand and selected. The fermentation takes place at low temperature in order to catch the most delicate characteristics of the grapes. The maceration lasts 6/7 days.
Ruby red with violaceous reflexes. The hints are delicate and recall rose, violet and light notes of little red fruits. It closes with a spicy hint of pepper. In the mouth it presents itself with a gentle tannin, and a fruity explosion between freshness and sapidity.
Alcohol (% Vol): 12,5.
It’s a wine that can be paired with all the traditional
Mediterranean courses. It matches perfectly with salami and
few seasoned cheese.
