White Grappa obtained from selected pomace of white and red grapes from Friuli. Typical, elegant, fragrance of bread crust and licorice. It should be served at about 12°C in an open tulip shaped glass. Normally taken after a heavy meal as a digestive drink.
Grappa is also mixed with cocktails and food, especially with ice cream and sometimes , it is mixed with a coffee (‘Corretto’ in Italian).
